• Who We Are
  Built in the early 1900s, The Helios blends timeless charm with modern functionality, offering a unique and atmospheric setting for private events, performances, and gatherings. But beyond the walls of our ballroom, we are a people-first organization dedicated to uplifting underrepresented voices and building a platform for meaningful experiences.

• What We Do
  We host everything from weddings and corporate functions to in-house productions like our Halloween Hullabaloo drag show, the Seasons Greetings Jazz Winter Cabaret, sound healing sessions, seasonal vendor faires, and more. As a curator of events, we champion creativity and authenticity through every gathering we produce or support.

• We also offer a collaboration program for artists, creatives, and community members to pitch events that align with our values. If your vision fits our mission, we provide the venue free of charge and support you with production assistance—removing the usual financial barriers and allowing your ideas to shine without the burden of rental fees or logistics.

  Every event hosted at The Helios helps fund our mission: to remain a radically inclusive, accessible, and artist-centered space. Your support makes possible our free community offerings, like guided meditation and sound healing sessions, our donation of space to causes such as Snohomish Pride and the Rainbow Bash, and the many collaborations with local creatives who would otherwise lack access to resources.
